Today, its my 2nd visit to SONY @ Wisma to do recovery for my lappy.
I am so pissed off and unsatisfied with the things that was done in my first visit.
Everything is not properly done =(
However, today, this staff name of Jian Hong of Sony Care @ Wisma served me.
I was delighted by his service. He actually went extra miles for customers.
Despite having me as a difficult customer. lol.
i guess he was the senior lah. apparently, my lappy was down with some unknown virus.
it was reformat again, but......
he helped me install anti-virus software, msn, google chrome~~
omg, who will do these extra things? seriously none.
I'm satisfied with Sony products so far..
much better than Nokia. i love SONY!
